Kulu Sikazwe born in 1991 in Zambia, is a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans fine art, digital painting, sculpting, and fashion. His journey began in childhood, using drawing as a primary form of expression. Over the years, he has developed a unique artistic voice, blending traditional techniques with digital innovation.
In 2011, he expanded his practice into digital painting and sculpting, refining his skills through mentorship and self-guided learning. His artistic exploration deepened at ZAMCOM School of Film, where cinematic storytelling began influencing his compositions, adding a narrative and emotive depth to his work.
Beyond art, Kulu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from LUITEBM University, an unconventional path that has shaped his perspective and infused his work with themes of culture, identity, and advocacy. His artistic career includes participation in numerous exhibitions, workshops, and creative industry expos, establishing him as a dynamic force in contemporary art.
In addition to his fine art practice, Kulu is expanding into fashion design, launching his debut collection under Kalunga-Prjct, a brand that merges visual art with wearable expression. His work continues to evolve and challenge artistic conventions, redefining modern creativity.
